Terms of Service

The rules for using ClickSpeedr's free click speed tools. Effective date: July 17, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClickSpeedr ("we", "us", the "Site") and all of the free tools available on it. By visiting the Site or using any test, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

ClickSpeedr provides free, browser-based input tests — click speed (CPS), Kohi, jitter, butterfly, drag and right-click tests, spacebar and click counters, scroll, mouse, typing and reaction-time tools. Everything runs in your browser: no account, registration or payment is required, and the service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uptime or of continued availability of any particular tool.

2. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes such as testing your click speed, checking your hardware, or warming up before gaming. You agree not to:

Automated clicking tools may be pointed at the pad on our dedicated auto clicker test page for benchmarking purposes; we make no promise that any measured rate will be achievable or permitted in third-party games.

3. Scores and measurements

Test results depend heavily on your hardware, browser and operating system — mouse switches, polling rate, display latency and event throttling all affect measured CPS. Scores are indicative, not laboratory-grade measurements, and your best scores are stored only in your own browser's local storage. We are not responsible for lost scores when browser data is cleared.

4. Health notice

Rapid, repetitive clicking can strain fingers, hands and wrists. Warm up, take breaks, and stop immediately if you feel pain, tingling or numbness. The Site's content is for entertainment and general information only and is not medical advice.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's original content — tool designs, guides, text, graphics and code — is owned by ClickSpeedr and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may link to any page and share your scores freely; you may not copy or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without prior written permission. Third-party names such as "Minecraft" and "Kohi" are referenced only to describe well-known clicking formats; ClickSpeedr is an independent project and is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, the former Kohi server, or any other test website.

6. Advertising

The Site is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguishable from tool content. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the products, services or websites advertised. Cookie use for advertising is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any measurement is perfectly accurate on every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickSpeedr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site — including hardware wear from clicking techniques or actions taken by third-party game servers. Because the service is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed ten US dollars (US$10).

9. Termination and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full force.
